We are happy to work with deadstock, vintage and upcyled fabrics.

Please see listed bellow some of the ink finishes and processes we can complete.

Binders

Binders

There are many different binder finishes including glossy, satin, matt, raised, puffed and soft.

Most of our binders hold some or all the following certifications GOTS APROVED INPUT, ZDHC LEVEL 3(Zero discharge of hazardous chemicals), OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT CLASS 1 and NIKE RSL(Restricted substances list)

FOILING

FOILING

Foiling involves printing in a glue binder and heatpressing on foil, we can do placement print, repeat lengths and mutiple layerd designs. This can be used to also to coat garments and cover sections in foils.

Many different colours are available in metalic foils.

There is also the option to press on a clear foil, tinting the glues beneath in different colours.

CMYK

CMYK

We are able to use photographs, paintings and illustrations and create CMYK artworks for screen printing. Where we print the four process colours to recreate your image.

Using spot colours we can also focus on certain elements of multicoloured images and turn these into their own layers.

DISCHARGE

DISCHARGE

This is a bleaching process which leaves little to no hand feel when printing light colours on dark grounds. The fabric must be dyed with dischargeable dye, so testing is required.

We are focussed on using ultra low formaldehyde pigment discharge binders currently, to lower our exposure to chemicals.

Metallic Effects

Metallic Effects

There are a few options to achieve metallic effects, we have a metallic binder which can be pigmented to any colour. We also have glitter binders and pearlised binders. Or there is the option of foiling which is when a glue is printed and then a metallic foil is heatpressed onto the glue.

LEATHER PRINTING

LEATHER PRINTING

We are able to print on many leathers with specialist inks and create a varieity of finishes that are durable. We have printed leather skins for bags, accessories and garments.

Flocking

Flocking

The flocking effect is created by printing a design in glue and then heat pressing a sheet of flock on top. There are varying colours and denstities of flock available, we are also able to hand dye flock to match pantones.
